Stephen Royce Ltd is the exciting union of two hugely experienced individuals in the property refurbishment industry. Both have substantial property portfolios and have managed lettings, refurbishments and property maintenance for over 20 years. 

The challenge for the new company will be to procure interesting properties to create wonderful homes and community assets.
